Wang Junye

Chairman of the Supervisory Board

Born in 1965, a professorate senior accountant, Mr. Wang earned his bachelor's degree in Accounting from Jilin Finance and Trade College (now Jilin University of Finance and Economics) in July 1990. His previous jobs at the company included Director, Chief Accountant, and Secretary of the Board. He is also a Director and a Deputy General Manager of Dongbao Enterprise Group.
Cao Fubo

Born in 1969, a Senior Accountant, Mr. Cao graduated with a bachelor's degree in accounting from Changchun University of Science and Technology in 2006. He served successively as an accountant, a cost accountant, and a Deputy Manager at the Finance Department of the company from 1989 to 2013, and the Manager at the Finance Department of Dongbao Enterprise Group Co., Ltd. from January 2014 to December 2019. He is also a Director and the CFO of Dongbao Enterprise Group Co., Ltd.

Employee Representative Supervisor

Born in 1978, Ms. He is a member of the Communist Party of China and an engineer with a bachelor's degree from Tonghua Normal University. She joined the company in July 1995 and worked at the Quality Control Department from 1999 to 2009. She served as the Director of the General Administration Office at the Technology R&D Center from 2009 to 2013, Director of the Employee Service Center at the Party-Masses Affairs Department from 2013 to 2019, and Director of the General Administration Office of the company from September 2019. She now is an Employee Representative Supervisor of the company.
